We don't charge you for a screen at all. We just charge a $15 set up fee per color, as well as for making a film. These films can be reused on later orders when needed. The $15 does not include the purchasing the screen. What this really means is that when you eventually need to make a reorder, we will then pull your existing films from our archives so we can reuse it. This is also much easier on the environment compared to just throwing out used components. This also means you never have to concern your self with the possibility of your art work being stolen or a copyrighted logo being infringed upon.

We recommend that you just let us provide everything needed to do the job in it's entirety to complete the job. We purchase hundreds of them every week and we get them whole sale. Normally, by the time you purchase the blank apparel on your own and then pay us to apply the embroidery to them, your are not going to save much .

However, If you would rather supply your own tee shirts, then we can give you a special quote for just the screen printing or embroidery application.

Most of our customers normally supply us with the art work that they want to use and it's ready to go, but if you are not able to create it your self, we can most certainly be of great help . This can vary from completely redrawing the image to just cleaning it up. Keep in mind that a great screen printing or embroidery job always starts with good clean art work. This being said, the finished print is never any better then the art that it was created from. Good clean art is paramount.

Sure we can, We normally try to offer a 3 or 4 day turn around for rush service. Normally an additional rush charge will be assessed at the time you are given your quote.

Their are many variables which will affect the longevity of your t-shirt image such as how often it is laundered. Is their bleach in your laundry detergent? How often is the t-shirt worn?

The most important component concerning the longevity of the image is making sure that you get a good cure on the ink. Most tee shirt ink cures at about 320 degrees Fahrenheit. Therefore the manufacturer walks a fine line between burning or scorching the shirt and just getting a good cure on the ink. A common result of not getting a good cure on the ink can result is washing out the first time it is laundered, and cracking of the image.

Embroidery normally will last as long as the garment it self.
